Everyone questions and struggles with certain aspects of life or life events. 

It is wild to think that we are magically mentally equipped to know how to handle everything that life & people throw at us, it just doesn't work that way. We need to learn and practice tools to give us emotional health, communicate and have great relationships with ourselves and others.

 

Many things happen each day and each of us need guidance, coaching, venting, an outlet, and a way of finding clarity to move forward. Working on yourself is a validating experience as you learn to love and accept your perfectly imperfect self.

 

Attending therapy can help you work through issues such as feeling sadness or anxiety affecting your daily moods, a general feeling of lost, a relationship break up or a relationship proving difficult for you to manage healthily. Maybe something has been troubling you and you are having difficulty finding a solution on your own or perhaps you just live a very active life and require an outlet.

​I am a Mental Health Therapist who works to maintain the integrity and empowerment of the client in a relaxed environment. I am a solutions focussed, Cognitive Behavioural specialist. I use an eclectic mix of techniques to include Psychoeducation. There is no judgement made, no right or wrong, we work together to explore issues affecting you and find ways to manage or improve yourself and your circumstances.

A healthy lifestyle starts with a healthy mind.  The real success is being happy, knowing who you are, what you want and what you need, having inner peace and ultimately self love.
