It’s crazy to think that we’re naturally equipped to handle everything life and people throw at us—but the truth is, it doesn’t work that way. We need to learn and practice tools that promote emotional health, effective communication, and healthy relationships with ourselves and others.

Every day, we face a variety of challenges, and each of us needs guidance, coaching, an outlet to vent, and a way to find clarity so we can move forward. Working on yourself is a validating journey, as you learn to love and accept your perfectly imperfect self.

Therapy can help you work through emotions like sadness or anxiety that affect your mood, feelings of being lost, relationship struggles, or difficulties managing a breakup or ongoing relationship challenges. If something’s been troubling you and you can’t find a solution on your own, or if you just lead a busy life and need an outlet, therapy can provide the support you need.

As a solutions-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) specialist, I blend a variety of techniques, including psychoeducation, to guide you. Together, we’ll explore the issues affecting you and find ways to improve yourself and your situation.
